Ice Machine Service Terms

Appointments for residential appliance repair and commercial ice machines require access to the appliance and surrounding area. Pets must be secured prior to our arrival. Denied access may result in a service charge.

We request at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes to your appointment. Please note that same-day cancellations may incur a fee.

Estimates for ice machine service are based on the information available during the initial evaluation and may change following a detailed on-site diagnosis. Appliance repairs may involve hidden or pre-existing conditions that cannot be identified until service is performed.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved electronic payments.

Some services may be completed by independent service partners coordinated by The Ice Machine Company (TIMCo). All follow-up work, warranty inquiries, and future service for your commercial ice machines must be scheduled through TIMCo.

TIMCo is not responsible for issues caused by pre-existing conditions, improper installation by others, or normal wear and tear.
